VAULT1031 Culture & Community, Inc was designated a Cultural Center July 2, 2014 by the Jefferson County Land Use Commission.  VCC has become a major cornerstone in the revitalization of the South Broadway (Sobro), Limerick, and Old Louisville Neighborhood districts, by contributing and enhancing the growth of the city’s urban cultural district. VCC's mission  is to bring a superior performing, visual, and literary arts experience to Kentuckiana.
